Online Sales Refund Policy

All online sales are eligible for a full refund (excluding the cost of shipping). If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to us via email, (laurelandjack616@gmail.com) BEFORE placing your online order.

In-Store Refund Policy

Items purchased in store can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as the tags are attached and the receipt is present for proof of purchase. All in-store purchases are eligible for store credit only. Items with tags removed or no proof of purchase may be returned for store credit only.

Shipping Policy

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.
